Free makeup samples and other samples?

Many people love the experience of trying free sample makeup. Also, who doesn't like getting a package in the mail?

  Down below will be a few free sample sites with a small detail information. I am not getting payed to post these links on my blog.

1. Free Samples for Canadians - This is a sample site where they only send to Canadians. They also have other free samples and paid surveys. I have never tried the paid surveys,so I do not know if they do work.

2. Signatureminerals - This site only has some minerals as samples and you have to pay for shipping. You get 6 minerals,plus, you can order as many as you want( one free sample pack per order though)

3. Womenfreebies -This is also for Canadians only, but there is more then just makeup samples!

4. Her Beauty Samples - This site has so many beauty samples and the samples are only available in some areas. You should still check it out!

How to Make Lipgloss

Girls spend hundreds of dollars buying lip gloss, so why not learn how to make some? Boys, you can make this for your girlfriend or mom. Trust me, its a great gift for them or any special girl in your family!


You Will Need :

1.Petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
   - You can buy this at dollar stores or you can find it in the baby section
2.Small Jar or   Empty Lip gloss containers
   - You can use your old small jam jars,old lipgloss jars or you can find some at your dollar store
3.Eyeshadow,sparkles and/or glitter
   -You can use any eyeshadow for the color and glitter for a great effect
4.Spoon
   - Just to mix everything
5.Microwave and microwave bowl
  - You can use a microwave,or you can skip. Remember, if you do not want any spills or something to happen, have a parent with you.


Steps:

1. Place some vaseline in a microwavable bowl. Make sure its not to much or too little,so it will fit into the container afterwords.

2. Place the vaseline into the microwave for 10seconds or until its melted.
  -Since I do not know how much Vaseline you put in the bowl or how your microwave works, I cannot be certain how much your Vaseline will have to be warmed up for till it melts.

3.Take your vaseline and quickly add a small amount of eyeshadow until desired color. Make sure you mix it very fast because your vaseline will start to cool down.

4. Put your lipgloss into a container and if your would like it to cool down faster, place it into a freeze.



Optional:

-You can add flavoring to your lipgloss like A small amount of honey and/or vanilla , mint ,almond extractor any other type of flavoring you enjoy.

Determine the age of your mac makeup

 The First letter:
The batch number of the product.
-A is the first batch
-B is the second batch 
-C is the third Batch

The second can be a letter of number.
The Second letter or number: The month of production

1 = January
2 = February
3 = March
4 = April
5 = May
6 = June
7 = July
8 = August
9 = September
A = October
B = November
C = December


The Third Number: The year of production.

 The code is normally found on container and or the boxes. They can sometimes be hard to find and you may have to slightly angle it under the light to actually see it.

Fake Mac Makeup!

When I first heard that there is such thing as fake Mac makeup, I was SHOCKED.
We all expect there to be fake Gucci,Coach,Chanel,Louis Vuitton or any other high brand name,but usually, people don't expect fake makeup brands.

Some people are a-okay with buying fake brand makeup. But some people aren't. Here is a few tips and tricks not to get scammed when buying mac from different countries, flea markets,online or anywhere else!

 
1. Mac does not have sponge tip applicators-  Mac never made those cute little brushes and mirrors at the bottoms of eyeshadows.







2.No Numbers!- At the bottom of Mac eyeshadows there is no number instead of a name. Real mac eyeshadow always has a name.

3. No cream palettes.- Mac has never made cream eyeshadow palettes. 

4.180 palette?-Mac does not have a 180 palette. Mac palettes usually come empty or in quads. 

5.Cheap Bulk Mac?-Mac does not come in cheap bulk,unless it is fake mac.

 6. Mac set 24 brushes?- Fake! Mac does not come in big sets of brushes. This would cost over $500. The picture of fake mac brushes,is how fake brushes look like.

  7. Brush111.com is fake Mac - The image on the side is taken from a site called brush111. This site has fake Mac products. This is not the only site that has fake products,ebay also does.

8. Pigment numbers?- Fake mac has black stickers on the bottom of the bottle either with a name,or a number.

Pigments also do not come with shifters on the top of the pigment.

 9. Mac names?- Make sure that when buying a pigment,eyeshadow,lipgloss or any other Mac product online, check to see if there really is a product made by mac that looks the same and has the same name. Mac does not call there eyeshadows or any other products "red, green,blue, pink or any other one word color".

 10. Mac box Barcode?- Mac does not have barcodes printed right onto the box. The barcodes are always stickers on the box.

Mac will also never have two different products with the same barcode.

 Some people do love fake Mac products because they do work the same and they are cheaper. 

If you don't want to buy fake mac products, do not buy from:

• Flea markets
• Grocery stores
• Beauty supply stores
• Salons
• mall kiosks
• While visiting different countries
•  On the street

Mac Makeup

This is Mac's mineralize eye shadow in Quartz Fusion.

    You don't need expensive mac makeup to do good makeup. Some people just can't afford $24.00 for just one small eyeshadow,like the picture shown on the left.

 I'm not stating that mac makeup is low quality. Mac makeup is very good quality but the price is outrages.

     There are so many substitutions for mac makeup. Some makeup artists use drugstore products instead of mac. If you get cheaper products with good quality, you can enlarge your makeup collection  much more then if your only set on buying mac items.
